is a card with which you can use all Fonbliù services excluding the fitness services until you use your credit. Fonbliù will add a monetary bonus to the pre-paid amount which the Client can use straightaway.

RESERVATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS
It is advisable to arrive at least 30 minutes before.  Arriving late means reducing your treatment time which must end at the agreed time in order to guarantee the punctuality of the following appointment.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
Appointments can be cancelled at least 3 hours before the appointment.  If the appointment is in the morning the cancellation must be made before 20:30 of the previous day otherwise the entire fee will be charged.

EQUIPMENT
Bathrobes, towels and slippers are provided. Bathing costumes are not provided: you are advised to bring your own bathing costume and wear it in the bath area.
Gym membership does not include the use of towels.  The service can be paid for in reception

GIFT VOUCHERS
They are an ideal gift: available for one or more treatments. GIFT VOUCHERS ARE VALID FOR 6 MONTHS. GIFT VOUCHERS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS
