The Pilates Method helps to improve body posture, increase muscle strength without increasing volume by creating a supple toned body with slender legs and a flat stomach.

Since the lessons are carried out with specialised instructors the training programmes are based on specific requirements of the body in order to work on specific areas and immediate lasting results.
